Our Hospice Program was certified in 1989 and is committed to the care of terminally ill patients, and their families, to maintain quality of life throughout the dying process and bereavement period. In 2004 we opened our Hospice House, an 8-bed inpatient facility that offers a warm and welcoming place where 24-hour care is provided. Located in East Northport, the Hospice House is the best choice when hospice care can no longer be managed at home. Respite care for those needing short term relief from caregiving, is also available.
